Roundabouts are increasingly being added to roads across the U.S. to help improve traffic flow – including here in Anderson County, South Carolina. We helped pave this new roundabout which will help traffic flow smoother and drivers get to their destinations more quickly!
Love’s Truck Stop stations are well-known for providing a rest for long-distance truckers, requiring plenty of space to host semi-trucks and trailers. They also need plenty of space for these vehicles to safely enter and exit their lots. We updated their parking area and widened Highway 8 to make sure that all drivers – commercial and otherwise – can rest from their drives in comfort and ease.
Green Pond Landing in Anderson, SC, is a popular access point to Lake Hartwell. They needed asphalt paving in order to widen the boat access and future loading ramps. Moseley Bros. Asphalt got the job done and now boat owners are very happy with the results.

Clemson University’s parking lots receive a lot of traffic, especially during tailgating season. Memorial Stadium’s Gate 9 needed some updates after a lot of wear and tear. Moseley Bros. was contacted to mill the old asphalt and replace it via new asphalt paving. Now it’s in great condition for many visitors to come!
Blue Ridge Electric, located in Westminster, SC, contacted Moseley Bros. Asphalt to breathe some new life into their aging parking lot. Moseley Bros. started this process by milling and surface-treating the parking lot. We then resurfaced the parking lot with a new layer of asphalt paving. Now the parking lot is in great shape and ready to greet both employees and customers.
