Clemson University’s parking lots receive a lot of traffic, especially during tailgating season. Memorial Stadium’s Gate 9 needed some updates after a lot of wear and tear. Moseley Bros was contacted to mill the old asphalt and replace it via new asphalt paving. Now it’s in great condition for many visitors to come!
BlueRidge Electric, located in Westminster, SC, contacted Moseley Bros Asphalt to breathe some new life into their aging parking lot. Moseley Bros started this process by milling and surface treating the parking lot. They then resurfaced the parking lot with a new layer of asphalt paving. Now the parking lot is in great shape & ready to greet both employees and customers.
Clemson University’s Memorial Stadium, or “Death Valley” sees a huge surge of visitors each year and needs well maintained parking lots to keep everything running smoothly. Moseley Bros Asphalt had the privilege of this new construction asphalt paving of parking lot 5. We love the Clemson orange parking lot striping as well. We can’t wait to be here celebrating a Clemson win!
McDuffie Street is one of the central streets for access to Downtown Anderson and it was in bad shape after many years of wear. Moseley Bros Asphalt was contracted to mill and replace the asphalt on McDuffie Street to help ease the flow of traffic and improve the area. The Lake Secession Boat Landing in Abbeville County, SC serves a lot of recreation vehicles, and time can cause damage. Moseley Bros. Asphalt was contracted to expand and resurface the entire lot that leads to the boat ramp. The team did some additional paving and also laid a fresh asphalt overlay on the entire lot. As a result, the new striping makes parking vehicles and boat trailers at the lake a breeze.
The Anderson Mall was built in 1972, and its parking lots have seen a lot of use through the years. The Mall contracted Moseley Bros. Asphalt to replace an aging section of the lot. The crew milled and replaced the damaged pavement. They then laid out and striped the new parking lot to maximize parking. Now guests can enjoy improved safety when shopping.
