Paving Operator
Knows how to run the paver, read the job, and keep the work moving without needing constant direction while producing a smooth, quality mat.

Roller Operator
Runs the roller to properly compact asphalt and base, paying attention to the mat and knowing how to get the job tight and finished right.

Estimator
Reviews plans, measures the work, and builds accurate bids that keep jobs profitable and crews prepared before the first machine hits the ground.

Dump Truck Driver
Safely hauls asphalt, stone, and materials to and from the job site while keeping up with the pace of the crew and the paving operation.

Lowboy Driver
Moves heavy equipment safely from job to job, knowing how to load, secure, and transport machines without needing someone to walk them through it.

Laborer
Does whatever the job needs — helping the crew, handling tools and materials, and keeping the site clean, safe, and moving forward.

Motor Grader Operator
Runs the grader to fine-tune the base, shape the grade, and get the surface ready so the paving crew can lay down a quality road or lot.

Base Foreman
Leads the base crew, keeps the job organized, and makes sure the groundwork is done right so the paving crew can come in and finish strong.
